- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I accidently sent my package to the wrong address and had to call this facility to give an updated address and zip code. The representative was very rude and asured me that everything would be fine. it's been almost a week and I haven't received my package! I'm highly upset and to add insult to injury I've been watching the package go from post office to post office this is why I have a strong dislike for usps!By Aaron Smith, August 04, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Yesterday, the worker threw a box against my door blocking it. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, that it just dropped. Today however, I actually saw her not only drop it but, kick it to my door. When I asked her to stop throwing and kicking our packages, she said, she didn't. I told her, I just saw her do it, then she said, I just pushed it with my foot and continued on her way. She's lucky neither package contained a breakable! This is ridiculous!!! She needs to be retrained or fired!! She has no customer service skills whatsoever and and obviously doesn't care about her customers belongings!!!By Susan Miller, June 27, 2017
